please,, please give me loan suggestions.? Where do I start?......Ok, a few years back my Husband and I had to file bankruptcy. In the process our home was forclosed on. We have managed to rent differant places since and waited to finally be free from bankruptcy. Last year long time, familly friends past away leaving the only relatives over two thousand miles away from there home. The relatives asked me an my husband to move into the home as care takers, by this time we had been out of bankruptcy for close to two years and thought by moving here that it would free us from paying rent while working on our credit with dreams to one day build or buy a home to start a familly. Now after wonderful year here, we have gotten news that one of the grandchildren of the previous owners is wanting to relocate here and move into this house.With no contract we have no creditable reason for fighting this, and i wouldnt want to, they where nice enough to give us the time we had and ill always be grateful.So now we have three months to find a place to live. There is only so much tolerance for renting, and where im located it dosent look like theres anything to rent. I found a used mobile home that is fairly nice and that is priced at eight thousand dollars, i know to most of you that probably sounds pretty awful, but i want so bably to never move again, to own my own home no matter what it is. to plant trees in a yard and know ill see them when there grown. Renting is fine for a while but its a waste of money really and you eventually always have to move. Ive suffered depression and a great deal of anxiety over loosing my home years ago. The problem is is that we caint get a loan, everyone sees our credit and its a direct no. My husband and I make a little over fifty five thousand a year with a ttal of maybe eight hundred a month in bills. Money we have but credit we dont. We are a young and very trustworthy couple just looking for a fresh start. All we need to a home loan of eight thousand to make this happen and im out of options. I feel like we are sinking faster and faster. On both sides his and mine our parents have offered to co sighn. i just dont know where else to try that would even give us a second look. So i guess my question is, does anyone out there know of somwhere that would considor giving us this loan? i know that my credit score is 520 and his is just alittle lower, this is all due to us filing bankruptcy. but again our bankrutcy has been dismissed. please if you can help im open to anything. I just want a forever home, so that my dreams of having a familly can come true and we can have a fresh start....if no suggestions please say a prayer for us.... State Kentucy

What do i do if i got overpaid on my last month of working somewhere? 2 months ago i worked in a factory a few miles away from where i live. I worked there for approximatly 7 months maybe 8. I had left the job to persue a career in IT. The month i left i got over paid £208. The company called me about a week after i got paid and let me know that i could work this money off-but as i was working full time i couldnt do this. I got a letter through a couple of days ago saying i have to pay the money back within 7 days. heres a copy of the letter dated 29th October 2009 Dear *********** Further to my numerous discussions and messages regarding the overpayment of your wages due to your leaving before agreed date. I am formally requesting that you repay the money as the option to work it off has now lapsed. Therefore please send me a check for £208.00 being the total overpaid on your final wages. I look forward to recieving your payment within the next 7 days. Yours truly, ********* The catch in this is, there was never a contract signed by me or my employer and i just want to know if where i stand legally in this situation, I also worked there for 5 months tax free. there are many other problems that occured during me working there that fall under the Human Rights act. The reason i cant pay the money back is because I get paid 280 a week + tax and with that i need to pay 80 pounds rent a week and buy food and stuff i need. If anyone could help me i would be greatefull thank you
