lease to buy option?

I need to know if there are any websites, on lease to buy option on houses. I can't find any. Are there any info on process of lease to buy, the do's and don't's, plus any other info. I have searched on web, but not seeing any specific websites on this process. Because this is the only option, I have on being able to buy a house in a hot market, with little income, and high debts ratio. Please help me, I would appreciate any help you can give to me. I am in Northern California. Please email me at alloura3@usa.net. Thank you. Shannon

  1. LEASE TO BUY SUCKS ON ANYTHING... JUST BUY EVEN WITH PAYMENTS IF POSSIBLE... OTHERWISE UR GETTING RIPPED OFF BIGTIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. Lease to buy is not really the right phrase. That could be while you are not finding much in the way of info when you Google the phrase. Look for rent to own or lease/option. Technically the second is more correct. Go to the website I listed below. There is a lot of free info there and many active investors do what you are talking about. It is not a solution for someone who just does not have the means to own a home. Better to save more, spend less and earn more plus improve your credit score along the way. It is a fine solution for those who have certain problems (recent divorce that has not settled quite yet but the person is looking for a home in a specific school district would be one example). Take a look and ask more questions if you need more help. Then after you have looked into the details you can decide if the solution is the best fit.
  3. As a real estate agent, I have access to most of the homes on the public market. Some of the sellers offer a lease-to-buy option. You should get in touch with a real estate agent, one who communicates well with you. Don't be afraid to get a new agent, should the first or second one not spend enough time with you. Let me know if you need a referral and I'll do my best to help. Good luck!
