- Send me email if you want to discuss further. I have over 20 years investing in RE. Multiple states and countries. I do suggest that you be very careful when consider paying for a mentor. There are a number of services out there who are only too willing to take your money. In the past I have helped people for free or where I get a part of any deal they do where I was advising. I just find it better that you pay for performance and not just for showing up. For the most part many RE investors get started by doing their own research. This will work for some. Others need a more hands on approach with active coaching. People have different styles by which they learn. Below is a great website for US based investors.
