I need to find a house that is close to my area so I don't have to sign my son into another school. Do you have property that is rent to own if you do please help? I need a house that is rent to own in the monrovia area in california can you help? Can someone help me find a housein or near Monrovia california that I can rent to own from 1000/to 1150 a month.

- Sometimes a good place to start is maybe ask the school officials for that district. If they themselves live and work within that area they may know more about places such as you are looking for more than others. Also check with real estate agencies for that particular area.
- contact a Realtor in the area you are wanting to reside - they are amazing help and usually have all the info on such (more than you'll find in the papers)
