How do I find rent to own homes? There are never any in my local papers!?

3. realtor.com has a section in it that sometimes has homes for rent, try the penny saver also and your local paper, The last resort i'd say is drive around and look in the areas you want for a house with the for rent sign in the window or yard, I know there are 3 in my neighborhood
4. Try to go around the neighborhoods, they always have some posts, and try the internet or your local supermarket for free books. Good Luck.
5. this is hardly ever done anymore- but you have to try to contact the person who is selling the house directly -Realtors don't want them to do it- often if you are renting a home you can ask the person renting it to you if that is an option
