Wanting to find rent to own homes or lease to purchase homes ....?
Moving a family of 5 to Tampa Bay Area of Florida in the end of June. What are some good sites to find the RTO or LTP homes in Hillsborough County? Would like to find a home in Riverview if possible. Thanks for whatever information you can help out with. True not looking to get scammed. Anyone who can recommend condos or apartments in Riverview, FL that are in decent areas?

- depends on if you want to get scammed or not. Most all the tro homes are just middlemen who are banking that you get evicted and get to keep your downpayment and rent you paid.
