How do I write a contract to put my house on rent?

Is it ok if I write my own contract to put my house on rent?? what kind of things do i have to include in the contract?

1. Sure it's okay. It's a whole lot easier to take a standard lease agreement, and modify it to your needs. (And probably safer, too.) For example, you may find a standard lease agreement that says there is "no cohabitation". You might want to be flexible enough to allow cohabitation, and include the names and descriptions of the specific individuals.
