- Rent with Option to Buy. Normally that has to be worked out with the owner.
- It's called a lease with option to buy. Call a realtor, preferable one that comes recommended and have them tell you what's available with that option, or do a google search with those words and the city you want to live in. Also research the benefits and pitfalls. You want to make sure you don't get into a deal where you're paying more than the house is actually worth.
