How can I buy a rent to own house in Mishawaka, Indiana area?
I got bad credit but get $1,400 in social security. Can I rent to own and if so how would I go about finding them with out being scamed paying for lists online?

- the best way would be to find an agent who specializes in lease to own/rent to own homes; preferably you are looking for someone who wanted to sell but couldn't (because of market conditions) and are willing to lease to own to get rid of the home.
- adding to what the other expert said, make sure you seek a BUYER"S agent, never ever accept a dual agent [agency] relationship. By law, a dual agent MAY NOT negotiate for a buyer--only hand the seller a contract for the buyer; NOT the same thing!!!
