cancelling 3 year lease agreement 13 mths into contract?
i am looking to return a vehicle (pick -up) i had taken out a 3 yr lease on,with the option to buy. i have had the truck 13 mths. i am considering giving the truck back to the lease company. what will i expect back from them?

- First off, don't expect any monetary return because it never happens. Secondly, read the lease contract. Usually there's a clause in there that says something along the lines of, if you pay or have paid over X amount you can request return of the vehicle to us and pay nothing further as long as the vehicle is in as good as or a better condition than when first leased. If you wish to return the vehicle and have not paid the minimum sum then X percentage of the vehicle then becomes payable. Read carefully all of the contract and if need be contact a solicitor to find some get out clause in the contract.
