Can anyone recommend companies for rent to own homes in southern CA.?
I really need that ASAP to call them.

- Lease with option to purchase deals are typically negotiated directly with the property owner. Beware any "company" that advertises "rent to own" -- possible scams, or it could be property with flaws that they cannot sell to anyone but a sucker.
- Hi Andrew, Do you mean, that you want to know the names of company's that would rent you a house that you could later buy? I think that is your question. The facts are that ,that would be a home owner that would lease you the home with the option to purchase. You can get all this information on realtor.com...so get a realtor in the area that you want and they will do the work. This information will really answer all your questions. Good luck Jack
