How can We get a Lease Purchase Home, Rent 2 Own?
My New Husband and I have made some bad credit choices in the past and it is taking alot longer to fix them then we planned(its gonna take us over about 2 years to have good credit). We have been married 2 weeks and we both still live with our parents. We need a house now, but we really don't want to wasit our money on Rent. Unless we can own it.

- Forget the brokers, look for sales which say- "For Sale by Owner" this is your best chance. In fact,I sold 2 of my own houses that way.
- There are a ton of RTO LTO scams out there. Any sensible owner will not do a LTO RTO to someone with crappy credit, period.
