CAN I BREAK A LEASE IF I AM MOVING TO MY OWN PLACE?

Can i give notice and break a lease if i am moving to my own house ?? whats the law about that in uk?????? in my lease it says i can give (30days notice or sooner determined) so with this clause what u think????
