Do you have to pay rent on a house you own a third of ?

If you are a benefictary of a living trust and you have 1/3 interest in the house do you have to pay rent if you live in it?

1. It depends on your contract. Or your agreement wit the other owner/owners
2. Depends. It you simply wish to live there, you have that right If you want to live there to the exclusion of others, you might have to negotiate that right. If you want to live there and to prohibit the others from seeking an order of partition so that they can sell it, you might have to negotiate for that as well.
