Default on rent to own house?
The person Im trying to evict has been in default on my house for 2 yrs, he made partical payments here and there, He has no job, has other people living in the house to pay his rent, which I told him no. has built on to the house without permission. I cannot get any answers from circuit court for this.. what should I do?

- Have you gone through formal eviction proceedings??
- If it is a rent to own, the same rules apply as if he were strictly a tennant. Evict him already.
