Tenant causes trailer to be condemned after lease option agreement?
Not sure if it will be condemned but because of neglect they caused 20 000 - 25 000 in damages, we were selling the trailer for 23 000. Not sure what to do and what will happen. But they are responsible for maintenance including structure plumbing etc. Anyone know what will happen in a situation like this? I live in Alberta, and we see a lawyer on monday.

- What caused the damage? Did you have insurance on the place? By the time all is said and done, you will spend more in lawyer fees trying to get your money back than you will get. Since you still owned it, looks like you are stuck. Good luck. Bill
