I want to a Rent to Own home but prices seem unreal?

Im looking on line for rent to own homes but I keep seeing good home like a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 baths for &600 something a month, Is this legit?

1. That is the rent portion NOT the payment toward ownership.
2. Yes - the rental market is bouyant at the moment. I showed 6 around one house today which was only advertised on satuday. It will go before the end of tomorrow. A decen three bed home will cost you in the region of £650 in the current market.
3. If it is too good to be true, it is. There are plenty of scammers out there preying on the desperate/vulnerable people looking to get into a home.
