How can I kick my ex-girlfriend out of my own house?She isnt on the a lease contract with me just lives there.

Shes lived at the house for 2 months. We have no lease agreement I pay the bills. Can't I just kick her out? I've heard that since she receives mail at the house they said that I have to evict her when im the owner/landlord of the home.

9. If she has nowhere to go evicting is a bit complicated. You're going to have to do it in writing first. You'll need to write a letter and tell her that since she is not paying rent she will have to leave within one week. Personally hand the letter to her, and keep a copy for your records. If she doesn't leave after that I think you get a court order (contact the clerk of courts in your county to find out how its done). That requires a court fee and a visit to the courthouse. If she doesn't leave after that you call the police. The police will escort her off the property.
