I am new to real estate investing?
How can I make money and support my familyin this market?Can i wholesale houses? lease option? rehab?What do you think is the best way. Or should i just stick to my 9-5 job?

- You can make money in any market. Right now i am buying everything i can get my hands on. The changes are: 1. you better know what your doing on get the right training 2. Know your numbers, no more let the market go up and correct my mistakes 3.make sure you DON NOT TAKE ON RISK OF ANY KIND. if you don't know how to do that then i refer you back to number one.
