Help! Blue Counter tops!?
Okay I have been waiting for our new townhouse for over a month. We move in tomorrow and went to have our first look late this afternoon (had seen others with same floor plan). The thing that is killing me is that the countertops are blue. Now I think that I am pretty creative so I not completely bummed. The only plus that I can think of right now is that the island sink/bar separates the dining area from the kitchen, lucky for me my dinette is black and so are all my appliances. What I am really looking for is a website where I can see some examples of how to make it work. I am leasing so painting and remodeling are not an option, plus I am six months pregnant and need some very simple ideas that I won't break my neck doing..... Any help would be nice....

- Well since your preggers do some on line shopping and print and cut things out from nice stores like ikea , house to home, bed bath and beyond etc. then place them in your kitchen to get an idea and if you can't find anything the plan on plain things black or white . or check out previous remodels on design inc. they are amazing

- What color are your cabinets? Black, blue, & white is the 'in' color combo at the moment- so your dinette can look really fresh.
