Ok Nissan gurus...Does this look like a steal or a nightmare waiting to happen? Single Mom needs advise plz.?

THIS ARMADA RUNS, DRIVES, AND PERFORMS 100%. NOW FOR THE GOOD PART…THIS ARMADA 4X2 SE IS FINISHED IN SEA MIST GREEN ON BLACK LEATHER INTERIOR. OPTIONS INCLUDE; FULL POWER OPTIONS, AS WELL AS REAR ENTERTAINMENT DVD, LEATHER SEATING, REAR AIR AND REAR HEAT, AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, AND TRAILER TOW. THIS ARMADA IS A 10 OUT OF 10. FOR EXAMPLE, THE MAJORITY OF NISSAN TITANS AND ARMADAS HAD ISSUES WITH THE FRONT BRAKES VIBRATING UNDER BRAKING. NISSAN FOUND THIS TO BE A PROBLEM ATTRIBUTED TO THE MATERIAL USED IN THE BRAKE PADS. SO THEY IN TURN REVAMPED THE FRONT BRAKES AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY LATER DUBBED THIS ISSUE “BRAKE JUDDER” AND IT OF COURSE, BECAME A FACTORY RECALL. SO TO SUM UP, IF YOU OWNED A VEHICLE IN CALIFORNIA OR TEXAS PRIOR TO THIS ISSUE BECOMING A FACTORY RECALL, THE VEHICLE WAS BOUGHT BACK. HOWEVER, IF YOU BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE AFTER IT WAS ANNOUNCED AS A RECALL, STATE ENFORCED LEMON LAW WOULD NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH THE SAME STRENGTH FOR ARBITRATION. SIMPLY BASED UPON THE FACT THAT A REMEDY WAS AVAILABLE, AND A REOCCURRING ISSUE WOULD PROBABLY OF NEVER TAKEN PLACE. ALL THIS MEANS, IS THAT WE THE DEALER CAN PROVIDE A GREAT PRODUCT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AT HUGE SAVINGS. FURTHERMORE, YOU ARE COVERED BY THE FACTORY WARRANTY, AND GIVEN AN ADDITIONAL BUY BACK WARRANTY FROM THE MANUFACTURER FOR FURTHER REASSURANCE.   3. i believe i'd steer clear. plus with gas prices, do you REALLY want a big suv these days? check out a ford edge, or a murano instead.

If the price is low enough that you feel comfortable with the warranty, and especially if you can get the car pre-inspected by a reputable mechanic, then it might be worth it to you... if mileage is not a great concern. Myself, I would stay away from it..too many issues. Sounds like a lot of pretty talk.
  5. Call a Nissan dealer to verify their story, if everything checks out, buy the truck if you want it. I personally believe that your money is better spent on a smaller crossover vehicle or a sporty wagon both of which should include 6+ airbags.
  6. What is the buy it now price?
  7. I stopped reading after a few sentences. Don't do it. It's not worth risking your kids lives to save a few bucks.
