Rent-to-Own homes are getting less popular all the time. Realtors don't want to handle these (no commission). If you know the name of the local newspaper there, there might be a website with the classified ads. Or contact a Rental agent. Just Rent for awhile with no strings attached, decide if it's the right neighborhood for you. Once you are settled in, then you can take the time to look for some good buys.
