- pag-ibig foundation have lots, also nha (national housing authority). they offer low-cost or easy-to-pay rent-to-own houses in metro manila and nearby places. land realtors have some too or the local banks, i think, have ideas about this too since they offer housing loans.
- If I were to buy (rent to own) a home in the Philippines I would do the same thing my why and I did four years ago. We would check out two of the most respected developers in Manila to determine what they had to offer. Robinson's Land Corp and Ayala are the two well respected developers I know.
