- Usually those are in the classified section of the newspaper. Do not get into a rent to own home unless you have an attorney go over the agreement. There have been many people that thought they were buying their home and 5 years (or 10 years) down the road they found out they were buying nothing--just renting.
- The ideal website for Rent To Own Homes and Rent To Own Houses is www.iRentToOwn.com. It was just launched in November 2007 and it is the largest marketplace for Rent To Own properties in the country. Search for a Rent To Own House in Ohio, there are several in the Cleveland area. Good luck!
