any one with any ideas in the baytown texas area on rent to own houses I am tired of renting but have bad cred
I am tired of renting and I have a crappy landlord so I am trying to rent to own or owner finance in the baytown texas area I have tried newspapers and things like that but still no luck the reason I am not buying is I have crappy credit ok the reason I have crappy credit is because of hospital bills not because I don't pay my bills

- You are the only one to blame for your bad credit and you will just have to live with it. Even if you find owner financing they still will run a credit check. No one wants to sell to someone who does not pay their bills.
