Is there any solution if someone Grab our own house?
One day MLA requested me on Cell Phone, to provide my house for his school . As there was no other buildings available outside City area. So as per telephonic discussion I gave nod to start school. However now MLA is not giving any rent as agreed . I dialed him several times. As he is MLA contract was not made on paper. Can he grab my house? Is there any cool way to stop his school ? or how to overcome this problem. As I am afraid that these MLA may become threat for my family. Anyone have suggestion?

- You aalowed it to happen when you agreed and let them in without a contract. If you have good courts you can try to force the issue, but you are right to fear something bad from them. You are in a tough situation.
- File a collection case for the rental fees and if no payments are made, file an eviction against the occupant.
