2. they are most likely to be found in "for sale by owner" situations because realtors make very little commission on a rental. so stop in at fisbos and look in paper and internet. also consider if the seller is offering a land contract, or self financed buy.
3. Yahoo Real Estate, is a good site for finding homes in any location. Hud has a Web Site for Foreclosed homes= and there are other Auction sites. Rentals use the Newspaper.
