Need INVESTOR to do Lease/ Option for new home?
Looking for an investor to purchase a home on our behalf for up to 12 months. We make over $300k a year and are coming out of a financial mess we got in w/a bad real estate market in Colorado. We are back on our feet and credit scores are coming up, no debt etc. Our income is 100% verifiable and we are already living in the house. The owner let us do an extended close to end of October.
