How can I help those people who have lost thier homes from Forclosure calling me begging for lease to own home

1. You really can't help them. While some are innocent and just got caught up in this mess, none of us can help them financially. We have sympathize and be kind, but we can't save the world. It's probably not in your best interest to sell on lease or rent to own terms. Make it a clean sale or nothing. Or just rent the property.
2. You know some of these people got into this mess all by them selves . Some were givern really bad advice and were told to put down more than they could really afford. i agree with the other person who posted.
3. they defaulted on their mortgage to a lender, what makes you think they will pay you ?
4. most all those calls are by the reassignable rent to own flipper clowns that watch too much midnight tv infomercials. All they want is to be able to get control and possession of your property to then resell down the chain. Stay as far away from them as possible unless you want a destroyed house from them renting to own it to anyone.
