I need to find lease to own homes in north carolina?
I am getting a divorce, have bad credit...but good rental history..HELP!

- This may not be as hard as you think! I live in Camden NC and there are sooo many homes for sale and owners are desperate to sell. I am currently renting a beautiful home that has the option to buy. My husband and I are not going to exercise this option but it is there and there are many homes like it. Even if it is not advertised with a lease option to buy, approach the owners! They may not even know the details of a transaction like this but would be pleasantly surprised to find that this type of real-estate transaction is truly beneficial to both parties involved. - Go to Lease2BuyUSA.com. They have a ton of houses across NC. Their only requirements are that you have NO Foreclosure, NO recent Bankruptcy (within last 3 yrs.), NO recent Repossessions (within last 2 yrs.), NO recently Defaulted Student loans. You must have the option payment (Down Payment) and first months lease payment. If you meet all of those basic requirements then they'll place you in a Credit Repair program with a company that will start working with you to repair your credit. You didn't say where in North Carolina you wanted to move, but if they don't have a home in the area that you are moving, you can give them a "wish list" (upon qualification). Charge Offs- OK Judgments - OK Credit Card Debt - OK Medical Bills - OK Oh, and you have to have the income to support the payments on the property. Hope this helps
