Has anyone in QC area dealt with 1st Financial Group with rent to own?
We were stupid and signed a rent to own agreement(5yrs) and want out. Want know outcome if we just move. 1st fin. told us we must sell their house to get out of contract. House is piece of crap. Basement gets wet everytime it rains.

- they do not even own the house, they are just middlemen who collect your payments, get a lawyer and let him advise you how to get out.
