Can I rent to own a house in Texaxs without social security, My attoney is working on my SS?
Hello, can i rent to own a house without SS I have bank account checking and Texas state ID, and i am having my last lease agreement from my last appartment, but i dont have any credit record i have never take any credit. Thanks

- You can rent a house to own without a SS . You can also get taken by people who are willing to do that. You need to be a citizen of the United States in the state of Texas to purchase real property. My advice is to do that first, rent for now, then begin to establish your credit worthiness, then purchase real estate
- most all rent to own deals are a scam. You will never qualify to get a mortgage on the over inflated price of the house in a year or two and then the seller or the middleman gets to keep all the money you paid and you are out on the street with nothing
