What sites can I go to for a rent to own home in chicago?

my credit is not at all great. are there any programs that will help? I dont know where to begin

2. I dont know, but alot of people are buying homes in southern wisconsin
3. I greatly suggest using a Realtor when you do a Rent to Own/Lease with option. A good Realtor will help you find a good deal and know if you are being taken advantage of. Since about 80% of never buy it can be great for a landlord who has been receiving higher rent, but knows he will never sell. If you need help finding an experienced Realtor in this matter please let me know. I know several really great Realtor's in the Chicago area.
4. Thre's no such website that I know of. Matter fact I have a town home that I might be able to make a rent to own deal!!! contact me if interested.
5. I work for a bank that does loans for people with credit issues. I come from a broker background, so I have done a lot of loans for people with credit issues. You would be surprised of what types of loans you might qualify for. Working for a bank also allows me many first time home buyers programs. Why rent now, when you can own?
