- It sounds like you mean a "Lease Purchase", which is different from a "Lease Option". A lease option is just a lease with the option to purchase. A lease purchase is an actual contract of sale. Anyway, you should make sure that the sellers will allow you to assign the contract or whatever it is that you are trying to do. Furthermore, this is not a question that can be answered on Yahoo Answers because none of us can see the terms of your current agreement. Whatever you do, make sure you do it correctly so it won't come back and bite you in the a**.
