What options do i have to help break a lease?
I live in a complex owned by a major management company and i am wanting out of my lease we have had several large issues including bad carpet installation and the loss of a working hot water heater for close to 30 days. Are there steps that i can take to push them to let me out of my lease? Thanks for your help!
