Where can I find a realtor that assists with rent to own homes?
Looking for 3+ bedrooms, 1.5+ bath in the southwest suburbs of chicagoland. Example, Alsip, Chicago Ridge, Oak Lawn, Orland Park Need to find a home by June 1. Can only pay $800.00 month

- Who will pay a 7% commission based on a sale price that does not exist? Realtors make their money when a sale goes through. Rent to own means that there is no sale.
- Most realtors won't bother with it. There is quite a bit of work involved in this and the chances of getting paid are very slim. We only get paid when a transaction goes down and the chances of a rent to own closing a sale escrow is very bad.
