Live in Appleton myself. There are tons of places to rent and to buy but don't know of any with rent to own. You can try this website http://www.homesbyowner.com/appleton/home.asp one of them might do land contract or rent to own. Great area and good schools. Calumet Co has lower taxes than Outagamie. Town of Grand Chute taxes lower than City of Appleton proper. Town of Harrison not too bad taxes either. Welcome to the neighborhood
