- Hey just too let u know im the same way u have family dont they help u out? Love Kierra.
- i think you should try to make money while you are on disablility. Im sure there is something you can do. Plus if you didn't have a boyfriend you would find a way to make more money.
- Buy a 2 bedroom and rent out one of the rooms to cut down on your mortgage.
- try mobile home house trailer
- try looking in bargain hunter flyers. or look in ur area for a housing company that might sell u a house as rent to own, i am with ottawa housing and i only pay 600$ a month for a 3 bedroom house with basement, heat hyro, included. just look arround for something like that.
- Go to your local Social Services office and see if they can hook you up with TANF, food stamps and other beneficial programs. Good luck!
- With that kind of rent, you probably can buy some house with a loan of 40 or 50 years. Loan officers are getting creative with their loans now, you can borrow a loan for 40 or 50 years, not just 30 years anymore. With the interests you pay on your loan, you probably also save more on your tax when you file for a tax return at the end of the year.
- HUD housing or contact the housing authority in the area, they have cheap housing and if you qualify for assistance they pay most the rent

- There are government programs for low income people. Some are designed to offer lower interest rates and others are simply grants for down payments. Usually your credit doesn't have to be perfect to buy either. The rule of thumb is kind of based upon your ability to qualify for an FHA loan. These same programs I mentioned often include free credit counseling and home ownership classes. Often mortgage brokers won't tell you about these programs because they can't make as much money off these types of loans and it requires them to do more work than average. Any good Realtor should be able to tell you about these programs in greater detail. I happen to be one myself, but I doubt you live in KY. If you don't know any where you are, email me and maybe I can hook you up with one.
- Some should not be rude here are you some sites these people will help sometimes theres a long list so go ahead and apply some as you can. http://www.nehemiahcorp.com/ also try FHA http://www.fha-home-loans.com/ and heres one more http://www.freddiemac.com/
