Looking for a particular house in North or South Suburbs to rent with option to buy or to buy?
We are looking for a 4+ bedroom house with 2+ full bathrooms, in move in condition with a basement - finished or not and a garage - preferable a 2 car attached. Oh, no offense but please, not in Harvey or Riverdale or Dolton,etc...If it is too purchase, then not more than $130,000...if it is to rent, not much more than $1000 per month. Holla atcha Gurl!
