rent w/ option to buy or owner financed farms in W or NW PA?

I am looking into purchasing a farm but I would like to give it a go for a year and make sure I know what I am getting myself into. There are no listings in any papers around here about rental farms but I have seen signs now and then. Does anyone know a specific place that I should look to find a farm to lease around Mercer County PA or even the Mahoning County OH. It doesn't have to be directly in the counties just not far from them.
