1. why go that route, when getting a loan would would be better? You can get houses easy with low credit scores as long as it doesn't drop under 500.
2. Think you mean "Buy to Let", easy find a property, put a bid in, purchase one, once you have found one you like, let it to a tenant, be careful, don't let it out to your mates, make sure you have the obvious checks done first. Ask the Mortgage provider for an interest only mortgage and the rent should cover the mortgage payment too.
