Where can I find a shack to rent or buy in Memphis area or any abandoned buildings?
Hey, i live in the memphis metro area in germantown. My friends and me always wanted a place to chill that can be suited only for us. I was looking for either a shed or a shack or a small warehouse that we could buy or rent. Another option would be occupying an abandoned building. So if there are any abandoned buildings you know about, safe or unsafe, could you plz tell me about them and their location? Also, what is the approximate price for a 15-20 ft. shed or shack? Anyways, I would really appreciate any answers. Thanx a lot! no nothing bad for it, i honeslty just wanna put up some posters, a boom box, get a cooler for sum beers, and thats jus bout it, any suggestions? and i dont wanna live in it, i was thinkin about it as a place to kick back, but man appreciate the fast answers, cuz all me and my friends places are not free for us to jus kick back renting a room seems too expenisve, i want a sale to be no more than 800-1000 dollars or rent to be no more than 80-100 monthly

- Errr...either you are insane or a drug dealer. The only 15-20 ft sheds in Memphis are used for storing bodies and crack!
- The city won't allow you to live in abandon buildings, shacks or any building without working toilets, running water, and weatherization.
