Does anyone in the Redlands, Ca. south/east side have a house for rent w/option to buy?

We have excellent credit but we dont have a downpayment to actually purchase the house up front. Please HELP! We have 3 kids living and renting in a 2 bdm!! AGHHHHH!!!!!
